NAKAO FILTER produces filtration cloth both for Liquid and for Gas (Dust Collection). Within Japan, our advantage lies in the exceptional position of being able to provide filtration cloth for both fields. Our filtration cloth have been recieved favorably in various applications and industries. This page introduces the applications of our various filtration cloth. We are continuously researching and developing in order to better meet the filtration needs of our users.

MINING: Our filtration cloth have been used in mining processes such as ore concentration and smelting. Our "G-series" is highly suitable for fine particle filtration.
CHEMICAL: Liquid or Gas filtation cloth are used in the production processes of chemicals such as pigment, dye and catalyst. Our "G-series" is recommended for fine particle filtration.
FOOD: Our filtration cloth have been used in flour milling and in the production of soy sauce, sugar, saké, beer and fat, and in the treatment of waste water from these processes.
PHARMACY: Liquid or Gas filtration cloth have been used in chemical production processes. Our "G-series" is recommended for fine particle filtration.
PAPER·PULP: Liquid filtration cloth and gas filtration cloth is used in paper productions, and in the treatment of waste water from these processes.
CLEAN WATER· SEWAGE·HUMAN WASTE TREATMENT: Liquid filtration cloth is used in sludge dehydration applications."NY-NK series" is recommended for its reliable cake release.
NONFERROUS METAL: Liquid or Gas filtration cloth is used in the production process of various nonferrous metals such as Zinc, Copper, Nickel and Titanium, and in these processes’ waste water treatment processes as well.
"G-series" is recommended for fine particle collection.
GRAVEL·AGGREGATE: Liquid filtration cloth is used in waste water treatment processes. "NY-NK series" is recommended for its reliable cake release.
ELECTRIC POWER: Gas filtration cloth is used in coal combustion boiler applications in thermal power stations. Liquid filtration cloth are used in smoke desulfurization.
IRON·STEEL MANUFACTURE: Liquid or Gas filtration cloth is used at blast furnaces, sintering furnaces, converter furnaces and electric furnaces.
Our “UME” is recommended for fine particles collection.
ALUMINUM SECONDARY SMELTING: Gas filtration cloth is used at melting furnace.
INCINERATOR: Gas filtration cloth is used in the treatment of urban and industrial waste incineration exhaust gas. High-temperature resistance filtration cloth is recommended due to the high temperature of exhaust gas.
MOLD(CASTING): Gas filtration cloth is used in various processes such as smelting, sand control, mold pouring, shake out, cleaning, heat-treatment, grinding and finishing.
Our “UME” is recommended for fine particles collection.
WOOD: Gas filtration cloth is used in timber production.
CEMENT: Gas filtration cloth is used in Kiln, dryer, baking furnace, boiler, raw material mill, silo, and conveyance processes. We recommend our “UME” series for fine particle collection.
ASPHALT: Gas filtration cloth is used during the production process of Asphalt.
FERRITE: Special cloth is used for very fine particle separation.
